𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭? No matter what your fitness level and/or experience may be, you will be challenged in this new Signature 50 min class while having an absolute blast, enjoying your ride to the best music beats and playlists 🎶 .

Indoor cycling is a wonderful workout to help you shed fat and improve your cardio vascular health. Your legs will get a serious workout. A spin class is similar to other forms of cardio, such as running, swimming, and elliptical training. It is ideal for people who want a cardio workout without putting too much stress on their joints. Like other type of classes, form is everything to avoid injury. Before you hop in the saddle, we will always take a minute to assess your bike set up. Fit is highly individual and can have a big effect on your posture and which muscles you rely on. We will make sure to instruct the proper forms and techniques as we spin during class to avoid any knee, lower back, hips, neck & shoulders, or elbows & wrists pain that are common if you are not setup and ride properly. This being said, cycling is suitable for riders with injuries or sensitive joints.


  • A seat cushion for better comfort is on each bike.

  • Running shoes, regular sneakers can do just fine, but cycling shoes in a spinning class will get your feet stay in position more comfortably, giving a smoother pedal stroke.

  • Reservations open 7 days in advance and any open spot can be reserved up to 10 mins before class begins.

  • Cancelation: If you can't make it to class, be sure to cancel your reservation at least 4 hours before class starts. If not, your class will be deducted from your package.

  • Each client must clean their bike after class with disinfectant wipes available in the studio, and all bikes will be steam cleaned between classes.
